The largest and sandiest beach in Nanaimo, stretching 800m in a horseshoe-shaped cove. At low tide the beach expands dramatically, revealing tidal pools and sandy flats. A raised seawall walkway runs the full length. Playground, picnic tables, and a grassy field make this a proper family beach day destination.
