About

The remnants of a former gold rush town located a few kilometres south of Oliver. In its heyday around 1900, Fairview had hotels, saloons, and a population of several hundred. Today only scattered foundations and interpretive signs remain, but it offers a fascinating glimpse into South Okanagan mining history.
